About additional measures for implementation of modern and transparent procedures for granting of the parcels of land and realization of the right to the life inherited tenancy by the parcels of land under individual housing construction

For the purpose of implementation of modern and transparent mechanisms, accelerations and simplifications of procedures of provision of the parcels of land the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land for the state and social needs according to appendix No. 2.

2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent control of unconditional observance on places of requirements of the provisions approved by this resolution.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 20.12.2019 No. 1023

4. Declare invalid:
