About reorganization and renaming of some republican state companies which are under authority of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to subitem 4) Articles 11, Articles 142, 148 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation the republican state state companies "Children's clinical sanatorium of Ala Tau and "The republican children's rehabilitation center "Balbulak", the Ministries of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are under authority, by transformation to the republican state companies on the right of economic maintaining "Children's clinical sanatorium of Ala Tau and "The republican children's rehabilitation center "Balbulak" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the companies) with introduction of the supervisory board.
2. Determine:
1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the companies the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the main object of activity of the companies implementation of activities in the field of health care.
3. Rename the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of sanitary aircraft" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national coordination center of the emergency medicine" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the center) and to enter the supervisory board.
4. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan charters of the companies and the center;
