Some questions of implementation of calculations for the sold goods (the provided services) with use of special means of payment
According to Item 14.7 of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve conditions of transfer of dealers who carry out economic activity in the field of trade, public catering and services, on obligatory acceptance of special means of payment to payment for the sold goods (the provided services) which are applied.
2. Determine that acceptance of special means of payment in payment for the sold goods (the provided services) is not obligatory (except oil products which are implemented at gas stations) for dealers who carry out economic activity in the field of trade, public catering and services if the annual amount of settlement transactions on sales of goods (provision of services) does not exceed 5 million hryvnias.
If the amount of settlement transactions since the beginning of year reaches 5 million hryvnias, dealers who carry out economic activity in the field of trade, public catering and services are transferred to obligatory acceptance of special means of payment for one month after determination of such amount.
3. Exempt from obligatory acceptance of special means of payment in payment for the sold goods (the provided services) the closed institutions of public catering which organize food of certain contingent of consumers, in particular staff of Armed Forces and other military forming, students, pupils and teachers of the highest, professional, general education educational institutions, employees of industrial enterprises.
4. To the ministry of industrial policy to take measures for ensuring production of payment terminals for the purpose of implementation of calculations with use of special means of payment.
