The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2008 No. 387 "About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 22, the Art. 205):
in Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
the list of public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee on financial monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2018 No. 920 "About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
exclude Item 2;
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. After accomplishment of action, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution to reorganize republican public institution "Department on financial monitoring on the city of Almaty of Committee on financial monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by accession to republican public institution "Department of economic investigations on the city of Almaty of Committee on financial monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
to be reworded as follows appendix 1 to the specified resolution according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
