About amendment and change of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of further implementation of the investment project "The Organization of High Agro-industrial Technology Production of Complete Cycle for 2016-2032" I decide:

1. Make additions and changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 8, 2016 No. 300 "About the organization of high agro-industrial technology production of complete cycle":

to add Item 3 part one after the words "Objects of Engineering and Transport Infrastructure to the Territory of Agro-industrial Production" with words ", except for water intaking constructions (artesian wells),";

in item 4:

in subitem 4.2:

in paragraph four of the word "from lands" shall be replaced with words "in borders";

add the subitem with part of the following content:

"After completion of construction of water intaking constructions (artesian wells) the parcels of land necessary for their servicing are provided to BNBK Ltd in lease for a period of 99 years without holding the auction on right to contract of lease of the parcel of land and collection of payment for the right of the conclusion of such agreement. Along with use of the specified parcels of land has the right to use them for the established purpose of BNBK Ltd in case of observance of conditions of branch and requirements, stipulated by the legislation, for cultivation of crops, including long-term;";
