About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, 15, 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for opening and account management of clients of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 12, 2003 No. 492, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 2003 for No. 1172/8493 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure banks of Ukraine of supplementary (deposit) transactions with legal entities and physical persons approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 3, 2003 No. 516, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 29, 2003 for No. 1256/8577 (with changes), such changes:

1) in Chapter 2:

the second offer of Item 2.2 to state in the following edition:

"Requirements concerning creation, the storages of electronic documents and use of digital signatures during attraction of deposits (deposits) by banks established by the Laws of Ukraine "About electronic documents and electronic document management", "About electronic confidential services" and the regulatory legal act of National Bank concerning application of the digital signature in bank system of Ukraine.";
