For the purpose of implementation of article 2 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 12, 2017 No. 123, of enhancement of forms of tax statements, according to articles 85 and 86 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of forms of the Single tax declaration and procedure for their filling" of April 30, 2016 No. 228 the following changes:

1) appendix form 3 "The property tax and the land tax" (FORM STI-100-003) to the Single tax declaration of the physical person which is not performing business activity (to state FORM STI-100) approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) according to the procedure of filling of the Single tax declaration of the physical person which is not performing business activity (FORM STI-100) approved by the above-named resolution:
