2. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
in two-month time to approve the standard list of the nomenclature of reserves of material resources for liquidation of emergency situations;
exercise control and methodical management behind creation, use and recovery of reserves of material resources for liquidation of emergency situations.
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent, the ministries, departments and other organizations in three-months time to approve:
lists of the nomenclature and amounts of reserves of material resources for liquidation of emergency situations taking into account the carried-out functions in the State system of the prevention and actions in emergency situations, local features, and also the forecast of possible emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature according to the standard list of the nomenclature and amounts of reserves of material resources for liquidation of emergency situations;
the corresponding packages of measures for step-by-step creation during the period till 2022 inclusive reserves of financial and material resources for liquidation of emergency situations.
