About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Item 6 of the Procedure for development of regional protection programs of the population from the influence of ionizing radiation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 1999 No. 973 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 23, Art. 1051), to add with the paragraph of such content:
"In the cases determined by the Law of Ukraine "About strategic ecological assessment" strategic ecological project evaluation of the regional program is performed.".
2. The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2003 No. 621 "About development of forecast and program documents of economic and social development and creation of the draft of the government budget" (2003, Art. No. 18-19, 834) to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with Item 8 of the following content:
"8. Programs and program documents on which operation of the Law of Ukraine "On strategic ecological assessment" expatiates prepare taking into account the features of implementation of strategic ecological assessment provided by the specified Law.".
