through local executive bodies of the cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent, areas and cities of regional value (further - MIO) - for purpose of social payment to case of loss of work in case of receipt of the status of the unemployed;

through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the portal) - in case of purpose of social payment to work loss case (in the presence of data on registration as the unemployed), except for persons who lost work on the bases provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 1 of Article 52 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015 on case of loss of the income in connection with child care of age of one year on reaching it.";

in the presence of the bases checks reliability of documents (data) for purpose of social payments. For this purpose the service provider sends inquiries to state bodies and the relevant organizations, to the payer of social assignments with the notification on it of uslugopoluchatel through department of the State corporation.

The department of the State corporation within five working days from the date of receipt of the electronic notification from the service provider informs the applicant:

in case of the personal address of the applicant by delivery of the notification on verification of documents according to appendix 20 to Rules;

by means of Short Message Service broadcast (Shorts message service) messages (further - SMS notifications) on the mobile phone of the applicant.

SMS notifications about verification of documents are registered in the magazine of SMS notifications in form according to appendix 21 to Rules;

certifies by means of the digital signature (further - the EDS) the electronic draft decision about purpose of social payment in case of full compliance of electronic prototype of case according to the Standard, also certifies by means of the EDS the electronic draft decision about refusal in purpose of social payment with indication of cause of failure in cases of establishment of unauthenticity of documents (data) provided by uslugopoluchatel for receipt of the state service, and (or) these (data), containing in them, discrepancies of uslugopoluchatel and (or) the provided materials supplied and the information necessary for rendering the state service, to requirements according to Rules;

directs in the automatic mode electronic prototype of case with the electronic draft decision on appointment (refusal in appointment) social payment to the head of the service provider.

returns in department of the State corporation electronic prototype of case with the electronic draft decision in the presence of the bases for familiarizing with electronic prototype of case of additional documents (data) necessary for decision making about appointment (refusal in appointment) social payment, no more than thirty working days in time;

in the presence of the bases checks reliability of documents (data) for purpose of social payments.
