About approval of the Regulations on Tariff (price) council of the Azerbaijan Republic

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 4.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About strengthening of anti-inflationary actions in the Azerbaijan Republic" of May 31, 2005 I decide No. 242:

1. Approve "Provision on Tariff (price) council of the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).

2. Approve Structure of Tariff (price) council of the Azerbaijan Republic it (is applied).

3. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic within two months:

3.1. provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on ensuring compliance of the legal acts which are in force to this Decree;

3.2. provide compliance of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the relevant central executive bodies to this Decree;

3.3. resolve the issues connected with creation of the Secretariat of Tariff (price) Council of the Azerbaijan Republic and the organization of its activities;

3.4. approve together with the relevant state bodies "Procedure for Ensuring the State Control over Forming and Application of Rates (Prices) to Which State Regulation Is Applied" and report about it to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

3.5. within the powers to resolve other issues following from this Decree.

4. Tariff (price) Council of the Azerbaijan Republic shall submit two times a year to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the report on the works done in connection with price regulation (rates) for goods (works, services), the prices for which are regulated by the state.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
