About modification of Rules of issue of the conclusion about confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of issue of the conclusion about confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 "About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 30, Art. 4597; 2017, No. 40, Art. 5843).

Changes which are made to Rules of issue of the conclusion about confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation

1. In Item 3:

a) add the subitem "v" with words ", and also the address of the location of production rooms in which activities for production of industrial output are performed";

b) add with the subitem "e" of the following content:

"e) number of approval like the vehicle (approval like the chassis) or the name, number and approval date of one of the following documents of the applicant containing requirements (set of all indicators, regulations, rules and provisions) to the made industrial output:

specifications;

standard of the organization;

production schedules.".
