Determine that the conclusions about confirmation of production of industrial output issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation before the date of entry into force of this resolution in the territory of the Russian Federation are valid before the termination of fixed term of their action.

3. Recognize invalid acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
