About modification of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 62 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning crediting renewal", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for storage, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Paragraphs of the first and second of Item 3.3 of Chapter 3 of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 03, 2006 for No. 935/12809 (with changes) to replace with eight new paragraphs of such content:

"3.3. The requirement of the relevant state body of receipt of information which contains bank secrecy shall meet standards of part two of article 62 of the Law on banks and shall contain:

for physical resident persons - surname, name, middle name and registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer of Ukraine or number (and in the presence - series) passports of the citizen of Ukraine in which the mark about refusal of adoption of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer or passport number of the citizen of Ukraine in the form of card with record about refusal of adoption of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer of Ukraine in the electronic contactless medium is put down;

for physical nonresident persons - surname, name and (in the presence) middle name, number (and in the presence - series) passports;

for legal entities - the name and identification code in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming.
