1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for holding actions technical (technological, testing) nature it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2013 No. 62 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for holding actions technical (technological, testing) nature on inspection of crops of agricultural plants, inspection and quality evaluation of seed and landing material, inspection of quarantinable objects and the organizations on the address with remedies of plants" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.02. 2014, 8/28316).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
