About approval of the Procedure for entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming of data relatively documents of allowing nature

According to article 4-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming of data relatively documents of allowing nature which is applied.

2. Determine that:

documents are electronically filed by the subject of managing authorized by it body (person) through the portal of electronic services on condition of registration of the user on the portal of electronic services with use of the qualified digital signature;

the decisions made by allowing body according to the Law of Ukraine "On authorization system in the field of economic activity" are published on the portal of electronic services in day of their acceptance by means of software of maintaining the portal of electronic services.

3. Provide to allowing bodies filling of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming with data on the existing documents of allowing nature issued before entry into force of this resolution.
