1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About fishery development and use of natural and artificial reservoirs in the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 7, 2009 No. 561 the following changes:
- in Item 1:

"-The list of the natural and artificial reservoirs in the Kyrgyz Republic provided for fishery development and use for the purpose of fish breeding, fish farming and fishery.";
- To state the list of the natural reservoirs and water storage basins of the Kyrgyz Republic provided to Department of fishery under the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic for fishery development and use for the purpose of fish breeding, fishery and fish farming, approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
