About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Item 4 of the Procedure and conditions of compulsory national insurance of athletes of the highest categories approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 31, 1995 No. 378 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 8, Art. 203), to add with the paragraph of such content:

"Payment of insurance sums by the insurer for the insured events specified in the subitem "v" of this Item is not influenced by the established disability to insured person owing to events which are not connected with insured event.".

2. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for financial support of Paralympic movement in Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2011 No. 199 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 17, Art. 708; 2013, No. 90, Art. 3310; 2018, No. 14, Art. 477, No. 55, Art. 1906, No. 86, Art. 2838):
