About entering of amendment and change into the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702
According to subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of article 78 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2018 "About regulatory legal acts" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 130-Z
1. Bring in Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the following amendment and change:
to add subitem 6.49 after the words "regulatory legal acts" with the words "in the form of resolutions";
state subitem 6.50 in the following edition:
"6.50. accepts (approves) technical regulatory legal acts according to the legislation;".
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2019.
