About modification and amendments in the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2016 No. 325
According to part two of Item 24 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming, financing, accomplishment and efficiency evaluation of implementation of state programs approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 25, 2016 No. 289 "About procedure for forming, financing, accomplishment and efficiency evaluation of implementation of state programs" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the State program "Housing construction" for 2016-2020 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2016 No. 325 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 04.05. 2016, 5/42009; 06:12. 2017, 5/44476), following changes and amendment:
1.1. in the Section "The Main Directions of the State Program " Housing Construction " for 2016-2020" of Chapter 1:
in part seven of figure "2018" to replace with figures "2019";
in part eleven of the word "Since 2018 the Preferential Construction Is Planned" shall be replaced with words "Since 2019 is planned to begin construction";
1.2. in Chapter 3:
1.2.1. in part one of the word "4000 thousand sq.m in 2016 and on 3500 thousand sq.m a year from 2017 to 2020" shall be replaced with words "4000 thousand sq.m in 2016 and 2018, and also on 3500 thousand sq.m in 2017, 2019 and 2020";
1.2.2. in part four:
in part one of Item 1 of figure "18" to replace with figures of "18,5";
in Item 3 part two:
in paragraph one of figure "6481" to replace with figures "6665";
in paragraph four of figure "1300" to replace with figures "1484";
in Item 5 part two:
in paragraph one of figure of "8675,6" to replace with figures "8916";
in paragraph four of figure "1760" to replace with figures of "2000,4";
1.3. in Chapter 5:

The amount of financing of the subprogramme 1 according to appendix 3 to the State program constitutes 22 778 962 712, the 7th ruble, including means of the republican budget - 2 367 458 441 rubles (from them 189 448 665 rubles - direct expenses, 2 178 009 776 rubles - indirect expenses), local budgets - 808 045 271, the 7th ruble (from them 625 529 531, the 05th ruble - direct expenses, 182 515 740, of the 65th ruble - indirect expenses), credit resources - 1 975 232 000 rubles (from them preferential credit resources - 1 043 472 000 rubles), other sources (means of the population, means of the organizations, including loans, foreign sources) - 17 628 227 000 rubles.
The amount of financing of the subprogramme 2 according to appendix 3 to the State program constitutes 3 594 216 495, the 45th ruble, including means of the republican budget - 2 007 080 416 rubles (from them 1 309 367 000 rubles - direct expenses, 697 713 416 rubles - indirect expenses), local budgets - 1 498 506 079, the 45th ruble (from them 1 368 504 610, the 6th ruble - direct expenses, 130 001 468, of the 85th ruble - indirect expenses), credit resources of "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company on the customer the Department of Energy and means of the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Communications and Informatization - 88 630 000 rubles.";
