PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification of some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.

Changes which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 2, 2011 No. 68 "About approval of the Regulations on Coordination council of the Republic of Kazakhstan on law enforcement, law and order and fight against crime" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 37, the Art. 439):

in Regulations on the Coordination council of the Republic of Kazakhstan on law enforcement, law and order and fight against crime approved by the above-named Decree:

in Item 7:

state the line "chairman of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan." in the following edition:

"chairman of Committee on financial monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".

2. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 13, 2014 No. 722 "About approval of Rules of registration, issue, replacement, delivery, withdrawal, accounting, storage and destruction of diplomatic and service passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the list of officials of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which diplomatic and service passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (are issued to SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 1, the Art. 2):

in the List of officials of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which diplomatic and service passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan are issued, approved by the above-named Decree:
