Within six months to carry out audit and to withdraw the diplomatic and service passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan issued earlier to persons which are not entering the list specified in this Item.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 7, 2011 No. 150 "About approval of Rules of issue, accounting, storage and destruction of diplomatic and office passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 54, the Art. 763);

2) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2012 No. 460 "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 7, 2011 No. 150 "About approval of Rules of issue, accounting, storage and destruction of diplomatic and office passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 9, the Art. 182).
