In pursuance of part three of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Rules about safety of supply of natural gas approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of November 2, 2015 No. 686, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 30, 2015 for No. 1489/27934, which are applied.
2. To management of energy markets (Buslavets O. A.) provide:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;
promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Bliznuk M. D.
