About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, alexandrite, and also in some decisions of the Eurasian economic commission

According to articles 42 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Article 19 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 3.

2. Make to decisions of the Eurasian economic commission changes according to appendix No. 4.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 90 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
