The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for ensuring some categories of citizens with sanatorium permits by structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of the district, district state administrations in Kiev, executive bodies city, district in the cities (in case of their education (except Kiev) councils which is applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
