2. Recognize to invalid:
a) the paragraph the thirteenth Item of 2 changes which are made to Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 23, 2012 No. 364 "About modification of Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 18, the Art. 2227);
b) the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 21, 2017 No. 223 "About modification of Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 10, the Art. 1488).
3. Determine that Item 23 (1) Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2011 No. 500 "About approval of Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation" (in edition of this resolution), is effective till January 1, 2022.
