About approval of the Regulations on procedure of public-private partnership when financing project development of the detailed layout of parts of settlements

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 20, 2018 No. PP-3677 "About measures for cardinal enhancement of procedure for provision of the parcels of land in permanent use for implementation of business and town-planning activity" and for the purpose of providing scope of settlements with town-planning documentation on planning and building of the territories, including drafts of the detailed layout by the investment attraction of private sector, creating favorable conditions for public-private partnership in the field of town planning promoting further improvement of architectural appearance of settlements and radical increase in level and quality of life of the population, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure of public-private partnership when financing project development of the detailed layout of parts of settlements according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Zh. Ramatov.
