According to article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications" and to Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization to No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1067, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for routing of traffic in telecommunication network public of Ukraine approved by the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of July 5, 2012 No. 324, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 25, 2012 for No. 1252/21564, which are applied.
2. To submit to department of communication in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
