About modification of Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 25, 2012 No. 390 "About fire prevention regime" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 19, Art. 2415; 2014, No. 9, Art. 906; 2015, No. 46, Art. 6397; 2016, No. 40, Art. 5733; 2017, No. 48, Art. 7219; 2018, No. 3, Art. 553).

Changes which are made to Rules of fire prevention regime in the Russian Federation

1. In paragraphs one and the second Item 21 of the word of "buildings and constructions" shall be replaced with words "subjects to protection".

2. In Item 61:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words words of "buildings and constructions" "subjects to protection";

in paragraph three of the word "On Subject to Protection" shall be replaced with words "In buildings and constructions".

3. Add Item 70 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The head of the organization provides railway rolling stock with fire extinguishers on regulations according to appendix No. 2(1), and also provides adherence to deadlines of their reloading, survey and timely replacement, specified in the passport of the fire extinguisher.".

4. Add Item 83 with the subitem "i" of the following content:

"i) clean copper in case of open door of the platform in railway rolling stock in case of movement.".
