Recognize invalid the regulatory legal acts and separate provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state fire supervision and licensed control in the field of fire safety, federal state supervision in the field of protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, the state supervision of use of small size vessels, bases (constructions) for their parking in internal waters and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, according to the list according to appendix No. 1.

2. Repeal the acts of federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state fire supervision and licensed control in the field of fire safety, federal state supervision in the field of protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, the state supervision of use of small size vessels, bases (constructions) for their parking in internal waters and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, according to the list according to appendix No. 2.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
