About holding of Belresursa
For the purpose of creation of conditions for stable and effective functioning of holding of Belresursa I decide:
1. Transform till July 1, 2019 the state trade production association of Belresursa - managing company of holding of Belresursa to open joint stock company.
The procedure for transformation and legal status of the created open joint stock company are determined according to Chapter 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About privatization of state-owned property and transformation of the state unitary enterprises to open joint stock companies".
2. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
notify the Government of the Republic of Cuba on change of form of business of the contractor from the Government of the Republic of Belarus on implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Cuba about mutual deliveries of June 24, 2014;
in six-months time to consider question of entering of corresponding changes into the called Agreement together with the Cuban side and to take other measures for implementation of this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Items 2 and 3 - from the date of state registration of the open joint stock company created according to Item 1 of this Decree;
other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
