About creation of open joint stock company

For the purpose of development and enhancement of the organization of cash circulation, services of collection, transportation, storage of cash and other values, cash transactions I decide:

1. To National Bank till March 1, 2018 to act as the founder of open joint stock company "The non-bank credit and financial organization "Belinkasgroup" (further - JSC Belinkasgroup), JSC ASB Belarusbank created with participation and JSC Belagroprombank, from shares of National Bank is at least percent 25,5.

Bring in authorized capital of JSC Belinkasgroup money deposit and non-cash contribution in the form of the property which is in property of the Republic of Belarus and assigned to National Bank on the right of operational management including real estate units according to appendix 1, for the total amount no more than 55 million Belarusian rubles.

To refer residual cost of the property brought in the form of non-cash contribution to authorized capital of JSC Belinkasgroup, and also realized by National Bank for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of tasks of JSC Belinkasgroup on expenses of National Bank over the means provided by the estimate of current expenses and capital investments of National Bank of year in which it will be brought the specified property (is realized).

The property value assessment for the purposes of introduction in the form of non-cash contribution to authorized capital of JSC Belinkasgroup is valid within 12 months from the date of assessment.
