About introduction of amendments to the Law on fundamentals of town planning and arrangement of the territory No. 835/1996

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Single Article. - In the Law on fundamentals of town planning and arrangement of the territory No. 835/1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, Art. No. 1-2, 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. State Article 8 in the following edition:

"Art. 8. - (1) the Plan of arrangement of the territory of the country represents synthesis of medium-term and long-term sectoral strategic programs and establishes the directive directions of the organization and sustainable development of the territory of all country.

(2) the Plan of arrangement of the territory of the country is developed according to interconnected specialized Sections which affirm the laws.

(The Plan of arrangement of the territory of the country provides 3):

a) compliance of national programs to the international programs in the field for the balanced space development of all zones and settlements of the country, rational use of water resources, development of communication infrastructure and its integration into the European transport corridors, etc.;

b) agreement of government industry programs;

c) coordination of programs of district level.

(4) Provisions of the plan of arrangement of the territory of the country and its Sections are obligatory for all other plans of arrangement of the territory in which they are disaggregated.

(5) the Plan of arrangement of the territory of the country consists of the following Sections: network of settlements, road infrastructure, water supply and the sewerage, electric utility service, gas supply, the protected zones, zones of natural risk, zone with tourist resources, monuments and the built-up protected zones, and also from other Sections necessary for goal achievement established in priorities of national strategies of development for the Republic of Moldova and sectoral strategy.".
