About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2010 No. 102
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2010 No. 102 "Questions of import to customs area of Ukraine of goods within the international treaties (agreements) of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning space activities concerning creation of the space equipment without payment of import duty and the value added tax" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 9, Art. 444; 2018, No. 75, the Art. 2507) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

1. The fourth Item 1 of the resolution after the words "without payment" to add the paragraph with words of "import duty".
2. In Item 1 of the Procedure for import to customs area of Ukraine by subjects of space activities - residents of goods within the international treaties (agreements) of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning space activities concerning the creation of the space equipment without payment of import duty approved by the specified resolution words and figures "till January 1, 2018" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till January 1, 2023".
3. To state appendix 2 to the resolution in the following edition:
