About entering of amendment into the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 3, 1999 No. 414 "About enhancement of procedure for financing of state-financed organizations"

For the purpose of effective use of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Item 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 3, 1999 No. 414 "About enhancement of procedure for financing of state-financed organizations" (1999, No. 9, the Art. 51) to add SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the paragraph of the following content:

"The penalties for violation of labor discipline applied by state-financed organizations according to Item 2 parts one of Article 181 of the Labor code of the Republic of Uzbekistan are not source of forming of fund of development of state-financed organizations and the amounts of penalties are transferred in income type of the relevant budget. This procedure also extends to receivers of budgetary funds which payroll costs are financed by means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.
