About modification of the Regulations on procedure for test of condition of information security in bank and other institutions which use means of information protection of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of process improvement of control of use of means of information protection of the National Bank of Ukraine and enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Make changes to Regulations on procedure for test of condition of information security in bank and other institutions which use means of information protection of the National Bank of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 26, 2015 No. 829, having been reworded as follows it which is applied.
2. To department of safety (Alexander Skomarovsky) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine and other organizations which use means of information protection of the National Bank of Ukraine, information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Yakov Smoliya.
4. The resolution becomes effective since March 31, 2019.
