According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About information security in information and communication systems", for the purpose of settlement of relations between the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine, the public, non-bank institutions using means of cryptographic information security of the National Bank of Ukraine, the board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on use of means of cryptographic protection of the enclosed information of the National Bank of Ukraine.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 26, 2015 No. 829 "About approval of regulatory legal acts concerning information security";

2) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 17, 2017 No. 79 "About approval of Changes in Regulations on protection of electronic bank documents with use of means of information protection of the National Bank of Ukraine";

3) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 05, 2018 No. 106 "About modification of Rules of the organization of protection of electronic bank documents with use of means of information protection of the National Bank of Ukraine";
