2. Increase annual plan assignments of the appropriate budget programs at the expense of remaining balance of budgetary funds of the republican budget of 2018 according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 7, 2018 No. 808 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2019 - 2021" the following changes and amendments:
