About modification of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 28, 2018 No. 162
According to to Articles 7, 15, 41, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of development of the payment market of Ukraine based on international standards, upgrade and further development of electronic payment system of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. In the text of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 28, 2018 "About introduction of the international bank account number (IBAN) in Ukraine" figures and the word "April 1" to replace No. 162 with figures and the word "August 5".
2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Alexander Yablunivsky) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sergey Holod.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
