Bring in the Regulations on the Government representative for the rights of persons with disability approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 21, 2017 No. 125 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 23, the Art. 654), change which is applied.

Add the Provision with Item 10 of the following content:
"10. Powers of the Government representative in the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations are performed by the representative of the Government representative in the regional, Kiev, Sevastopol city state administration.
The specified representative of the Government representative is appointed to position with execution of an employment agreement with the chief of staff of the relevant regional, Kiev, Sevastopol city state administration on representation of the Government representative.
The citizen of Ukraine who has the higher education and work experience in the field of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of persons with disability can be appointed to position of the specified representative of the Government representative.".
