2. In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 3, 2013 No. 5 "Questions of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 2, Art. 46; 2015, No. 32, Art. 925; 2016, 81, the Art. 2692) figures "633" and "34" to replace No. with figures "643" and "40".

1. The government representative for the rights of persons with disability (further the Government representative) is the authorized Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the official to who the organization of implementation by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the powers for protection of the rights and legitimate interests of persons with disability and accomplishment of the international obligations by Ukraine in the respective sphere is assigned.
2. The government representative is appointed to position and dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on representation of the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
The government representative can be person who is citizen of Ukraine, has the higher education and work experience in the field of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of persons with disability.
