1. Bring in the Regulations on Russian President's Directorate for Protection of Citizens Constitutional Rights approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2018 No. 740 "About Russian President's Directorate for Protection of Citizens Constitutional Rights" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 52, of the Art. 8245), change, having added with its Item 8.1 of the following content:
"8.1. For the purpose of rendering assistance to Management in preparation of offers on the questions which are within the competence of Management according to the decision of the Head of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation under Management the advisory council and working groups can be created. Regulations on advisory council and working groups affirm the Head of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
