"Action of this Procedure is applied during tender on holding the posts of diplomatic service, except cases when appointment to diplomatic positions is performed by the President of Ukraine according to the Constitution of Ukraine and taking into account that according to the Law of Ukraine "About diplomatic service" in bodies of diplomatic service rotation of staff of diplomatic service is performed.".
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
