About modification of the Regulations on system of interdepartmental electronic document management

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on system of interdepartmental electronic document management approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 22, 2009 No. 754 "About approval of the Regulations on system of interdepartmental electronic document management" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 39, Art. 4614; 2011, No. 32, Art. 4840; 2012, No. 38, Art. 5102; 2013, No. 15, Art. 1791; 2017, No. 1, Art. 210; No. 43, Art. 6338).

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. The interdepartmental electronic document management represents interaction of information systems of electronic document management of federal bodies of the government, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and other state bodies, and also the organizations created for accomplishment of the tasks set for the Government of the Russian Federation (further respectively - participants of interdepartmental electronic document management, information systems of electronic document management).".
2. Add item 4 with the subitem "zh" of the following content:
"g) the direction and receipt of other documents transferred in case of interaction of participants of interdepartmental electronic document management electronically.".
3. In Item 8 of the word "e-mail server, software and hardware of certification center" shall be replaced with words "software and hardware complexes of processing, routing and storage of messages, monitors of operability of technical and technological infrastructure of interdepartmental electronic document management".
