For the purpose of reducing the list of documents which are filed during customs clearance of goods, according to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 19.07.2004 of N465 "About Modification of the Regulations on the State Gemological Center of Ukraine"
I ORDER:
1. Approve the unified Conclusion form by results of examination and assessment of gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education, semiprecious and decorative stones in raw materials and products, collections of minerals, rocks, mineral substances, and also cultural values which is applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to the state gemological center of Ukraine (Indutny V. V.):
2.1. Provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. Publication of this order in the directory edition "Precious and Decorative Stones".
2.3. Bringing this order to permission of the interested ministries and executive bodies.
3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister of Reguretsky V. V.
