According to the paragraph the fourth article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About heat supply"
I ORDER:
1. Approve the List of specialties and positions of personnel of the heatgenerating power stations which is in zone of impact of thermal and electromagnetic radiation and also other harmful factors and is subject to physical examination and compulsory insurance at the expense of means of the companies that it is applied.
2. Determine that the level of impact of harmful factors of the production circle and labor process on personnel of the heatgenerating power stations, the list of specialties and which positions it is approved by this order is determined by the companies for results of certification of workplaces.
3. (V. M. Berbenets) together with Legal management (V. L. Kovalenko) to provide to management of heat-and-power engineeering registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. (V. M. Berbenets) to provide to management of heat-and-power engineeering placement of this order in "Newsletter" and on the website of Ministry of Construction of Ukraine.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister G. M. Semchuk.
