Question of carrying out indexation of pensions in 2019

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out recalculation of pensions according to part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" which is applied.

2. Determine that:

in 2019 recalculation of pensions according to Procedure for carrying out recalculation of pensions according to part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", the approved this resolution, is made using coefficient of increase in indicator of the average salary (income) in Ukraine with which insurance premiums and which is considered for calculation of pension, in the amount of 1,17 are paid;

in case the amount of increase as a result of the recalculation of pension specified in this Item does not reach 100 hryvnias, pension supplement in the amount lacking to the specified size which is considered in case of the subsequent recalculations of pension is established.

3. Establish one-time pension supplement to persons who receive the pension granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (further - the Law), in the amount of the subsistence minimum for persons which lost working capacity established for January 1, 2019 and increased by 1,61 coefficient.
