About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 and of December 21, 2005 No. 1251

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 "About approval of Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine" (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, Art. 2239; 2014, No. 85, the Art. 2391) and of December 21, 2005 No. 1251 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization of departure of children abroad on rest and improvement" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 52, Art. 3294; 2007, No. 12, Art. 430; 2008, No. 68, Art. 2268; 2011, No. 99, Art. 3631; 2014, No. 85, the Art. 2391) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 and of December 21, 2005 No. 1251

1. In Item 6 of the Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57:

1) in subitem 4 the word "decisions" shall be replaced with words "decisions/orders";

2) to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"Trip abroad on rest and improvement of groups of children which part the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship aged from 7 up to 18 years are is performed according to requirements of the Procedure for the organization of the departure of children abroad on rest and improvement approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 21, 2005 No. 1251 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 52, the Art. 3294).".
