1. According to the procedure of carrying out the state testing, state registration and re-registration, the edition of lists of the pesticides and agrochemicals permitted to use in Ukraine, No. 295 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1996 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 253; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 50, Art. 2156; 2004, No. 24, Art. 1588; 2006, No. 23, Art. 1720; 2007, No. 89, Art. 3252; 2011, No. 79, Art. 2916; 2015, No. 12, Art. 316):
1) in paragraph four of Item 20 of the word "state (industry) standard" shall be replaced with words "the national standard";
2) in paragraph four of Item 21 of the word "examination in the Ministry of Health, ecological - in Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources" shall be replaced with words "examination in Gosprodpotrebsluzhbu, for carrying out ekologo-expert evaluation of the materials given for registration of pesticides and agrochemicals - in Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources";
In paragraph one of Item 22 of the word of "the state environmental assessment" shall be replaced with words 3) "ekologo-expert evaluation of the materials given for registration of pesticides and agrochemicals";
