About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the organization and holding actions for development of the directions and approaches to reforming of the forest sector of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 16, 2015 No. 367

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the organization and holding actions for development of the directions and approaches to reforming of the forest sector of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 16, 2015 No. 367 the following changes:

in paragraph four of Item 3 of the word "till December, 2017" shall be replaced with words "till September 30, 2021";

in the Temporary procedure for forming of fund of stimulation and calculation of the size of awards of workers of experimental (pilot) forestry approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. The fund of experimental (pilot) forestry is formed at the expense of the means arriving into the special account of forestry.";

- to state paragraph two of Item 8 in the following edition:

"-30% of amount of the means specified in Item 5 of this Temporary procedure for reporting quarter;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
